You can prepare many delicious dishes from cottage cheese, including various desserts. Curd with black and white chocolate will not leave indifferent those with a sweet tooth. Cottage cheese goes well with chocolate, you get a delicate delicacy, decorated with chocolate figurines.
It is necessary
- For six servings:
- - 800 g of cottage cheese;
- - 3/4 cup sugar;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 50 g of white chocolate;
- - 20 g of dark chocolate;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of semolina, butter, wheat flour;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of cream;
- - a pinch of salt, cocoa powder, vanilla sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Beat the cottage cheese in a blender, add egg yolks, sugar, vanillin, butter, semolina. Whisk until smooth.
Step 2
Whisk egg whites with salt until peaks. Stir into curd mass.
Step 3
Take 3 tbsp. tablespoons of curd mass, add cocoa and flour, mix well, form balls and hearts.
Step 4
Cover the baking dish with baking paper, put the curd mass on top. Stick balls and hearts into the mass at different depths.
Step 5
Bake the dessert for 45 minutes at 180 degrees. Cool in shape.
Step 6
Melt the dark chocolate in a water jar, draw circles and hearts on baking paper with chocolate, and let set.
Step 7
Melt the white chocolate too, mix with the cream. Cover the finished curd with white chocolate and garnish with dark chocolate circles and hearts.
