This black and white cheesecake does not need to be baked. The dessert turns out to be very light, it can be served even after a hearty dinner. It is made with delicate cream cheese, whipped cream and chocolate.
It is necessary
- - 400 ml of whipped cream;
- - 300 g of Philadelphia cheese;
- - 250 g of chocolate 50% or more;
- - 15 g of gelatin;
- - 4 eggs;
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Beat half the sugar with two eggs, heat in a water bath, beat until the volume increases. The mass should turn white. Then remove from the stove.
Step 2
Soak gelatin in boiling water in advance. Add 10 g of swollen gelatin to the sugar and egg mixture. Then add whipped cream (200 ml) and cheese.
Step 3
Moisten the mold with water, pour the mixture into it, put it in the refrigerator.
Step 4
Now prepare the chocolate layer. Melt the chocolate in a water bath, add two beaten eggs with the remaining sugar, 200 ml of cream and the rest of the gelatin.
Step 5
Stir and place on the frozen cheese layer of the dessert. Put it back in the refrigerator so that the new layer also solidifies, this will take at least half an hour.
Step 6
Before serving, dip the pan in boiling water for a couple of minutes, then put the cheesecake on a dish, sprinkle with grated chocolate. Cheesecake "White and Black" without baking is ready.
