You won't surprise anyone with curd buns … But what about the option with white chocolate? And the next day they become even tastier!
It is necessary
- - 500 g of non-grained cottage cheese;
- - 400 g flour;
- - 2 eggs;
- - a couple of pinches of salt;
- - 4 tablespoons Sahara;
- - 2 tbsp. vanilla sugar;
- - 16 g baking powder;
- - 200 g of white chocolate;
- - 1 large yolk.
Instructions
Step 1
Divide eggs into whites and yolks. Put the whites in the refrigerator (so that later it will be easier to beat them), and thoroughly grind the yolks with a mixer with the addition of sugar.
Step 2
Add flour and cottage cheese to the yolk. The latter can even be wiped through a sieve for more airiness.
Step 3
Beat the whites into a foam with a pinch of salt and vanilla sugar. Add in several steps into the yolk mixture. Knead the dough. Don't worry if it gets a little sticky - it should.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line the baking sheet with baking paper.
Step 5
Divide the dough into portions. Sprinkle a little additional flour on it, form balls, and then flatten them with your palm.
Step 6
Break the chocolate into wedges and place one in the center of each cake. Roll back into a ball so that there are no open seams. Place on a baking sheet, seam side down.
Step 7
Mix the yolk with 1 tbsp. water and grease the buns. Send to oven until cooked.
