To make Little Red Riding Hood tartins, you need the following ingredients:
- 20 g of bread;
- 50 g of cottage cheese;
- 2 tablespoons of butter;
- a few glasses of fresh berries (strawberries, wild strawberries, raspberries, etc.).
Cut the bread into neat even slices, then fry in butter in a pan. Prepare the filling for the tartini: Mix 50 grams of cottage cheese with 2 tablespoons of sugar and berries of your choice. Spread the prepared mass on toasted pieces of bread.

- a few slices of black or white bread (your choice);
- 50 g butter (margarine can be used);
- 10 g of cheese;
- a few kilos.

- 30 g of milk.
Cut pieces of bread into neat slices, brush with butter. Prepare the vegetables for the tartini filling: Peel the carrots, courgettes and cauliflower. Chop the zucchini, simmer for 10 minutes in the oven. Boil cauliflower and cut into small pieces. Grate the carrots on a fine grater and skip along with milk, zucchini and cabbage until cooked.
