Ingredients:

  • Cheese - 150-180 g;
  • Butter - 45 g;
  • Chicken eggs - 3 pcs;
  • Wheat flour - 5 tablespoons;
  • Vodka - 75 g;
  • Ground black pepper;
  • Salt;
  • Sunflower oil.

Preparation:

  1. The first step is to grate the cheese on a coarse grater. The butter should be left at room temperature to soften. To speed up the process, you can also grate it.
  2. Let's start preparing the "dough". In a deep bowl, mix the prepared cheese and eggs. Then cow butter, black pepper and salt are added to the resulting mass.
  3. After the cheese and egg mixture is thoroughly mixed, it is necessary to add quite a bit of flour into it. The result should be a fairly sticky mass. After that, it is necessary to pour vodka into the resulting dough. It is used here as a baking powder.
  4. The consistency of the resulting dough should resemble the one that is prepared for pancakes. It should not be too thin or too thick.
  5. In the event that you cannot imagine cheesecakes without cottage cheese, then you can add it by first wiping it through a sieve or passing it through a meat grinder. The amount of cottage cheese should not exceed a quarter of the total mass of the dough.
  6. Pour some sunflower oil into a frying pan and put it on fire. After the oil heats up, you can start frying the syrniki, but before that, the fire should be reduced, it should be medium. The dough is laid out in a frying pan with a tablespoon and the cheese pan is given the shape of an oval or circle, the thickness of which is no more than 5 millimeters.
  7. Wait until the syrniki are browned on one side and gently turn them over. When the other side becomes rosy, they can be removed from the pan.
  8. Blot them with a paper towel or tissue to remove excess grease. This dish is served with sweet tea. You can use sour cream as a sauce.
