Curd cheese cakes are a traditional Russian and Ukrainian delicacy that is very easy and simple to prepare. The main component of cheesecakes is cottage cheese, it contains protein, milk fat, vitamins and the amino acid methionine, which prevent liver diseases and strengthen the human body.

Put the cottage cheese in a deep bowl and mash it well with a fork. Next, add the chicken eggs and sugar, mix all the ingredients. Pour flour into the curd and mix thoroughly until smooth.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and heat the oil.
Pour some flour on a table or board, make a lump of cottage cheese and dip in flour, then slightly flatten and put in a pan.
You need to fry the cheese cakes for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Serve the cottage cheese pancakes hot along with sour cream, preserves, marmalades or jam of your choice.

1. Use not too raw cottage cheese, otherwise the cheesecakes will fall apart. Dry cottage cheese will make the cheese cakes tough.
2. Rub the curd through a sieve or blender - this will make the curd cakes airy.
3. More flour will make the cheesecakes strong, and less flour will make them tender.
4. Do not add a lot of sugar to the curd cakes, because with an excess of granulated sugar, they do not keep their shape well.
5. Greens, tomatoes, boiled potatoes, etc. can be used as an original component of curd cakes.
