It is necessary
-
- To prepare the dough:
- • Milk - 0.5 l (baked milk can be used)
- • Eggs - 5 pieces
- • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- • Flour - 1 glass
- • Sunflower oil - 1 tablespoon
- •A pinch of salt
- To prepare the curd filling:
- • Cottage cheese - 0.5 kg
- • Sugar - 2-3 tablespoons
- • Egg yolk - 1 pc.
- •Vanilla sugar
Instructions
Step 1
Drive the eggs into the container in which you will cook the dough. Mix them well. You should get a liquid mass without individual inclusions in the form of yolk and white. This can be done with a whisk. Add sugar and salt. Mix thoroughly to get a homogeneous mass. It is desirable that the salt is completely dissolved. Otherwise, lumps of salt may be caught in the dough.
Step 2
Pour in milk. Stir again. Eggs should not separate from milk. Light foam may appear if mixed thoroughly. Add flour. This should be done slowly, in small portions, continuously stirring the dough. You can add flour by sifting it through a sieve. This will help to avoid clumping.
Step 3
Add vegetable oil to the dough. Stir until smooth. If there are any lumps in the dough, break them with a whisk. Leave the dough for half an hour. During this time, salt and sugar will dissolve in it. It will turn out to be more uniform. Stir again and start baking the pancakes.
Step 4
Start preparing the filling. Mash the cottage cheese on a plate and add the rest of the ingredients one by one. Mix thoroughly until smooth. If a finished product is used for the filling, then you do not need to add yolk and sugar. If desired, you can sprinkle the curd mass with vanilla sugar.
Step 5
Place the curd over the pancakes and wrap them in envelopes. Grease a skillet with a wedge of butter and place the rolls on top of it. The degree of roast depends on preference. You can only slightly heat the pancakes or wait until they are covered with a thin crust.
Step 6
Serve preheated pancakes. For lovers of everything sweet, you can offer additional jam or preserves. And for those who find the pancake filling too sweet, sour cream is perfect.
