It is necessary
- Pancakes:
- Milk - 1 glass
- Flour - ½ cup,
- Egg - 1 pc.,
- Cocoa - 2 teaspoons (with a "slide"),
- Sugar -2 tbsp. spoons,
- Salt - 1/3 teaspoon
- Butter - 20 gr.
- Filling:
- Cottage cheese (not granular) - 200 gr.,
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp. spoons,
- Sugar - 1-2 tbsp. spoons (to taste).
Instructions
Step 1
To make pancakes, add room temperature milk to the flour. Place carefully (preferably with a mixer). Beat the egg, add to the dough. Pour in cocoa, place. Add salt and sugar. Place the dough carefully until the lumps are removed. It is convenient to use a mixer for this. Heat a frying pan, melt butter on it. Bake thin pancakes, let cool.
Step 2
Mix cottage cheese, sour cream and sugar thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is formed. Spread each chocolate pancake with cottage cheese, roll up rolls. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 3
Before serving, cut the rolls into 3 cm pieces. To decorate the chocolate pancakes with cottage cheese, you can use powdered sugar or chocolate syrup.
