Cheese pancakes with herbs are easy and simple to prepare, they are especially tasty when hot. Cheese pancakes are suitable for both breakfast and a festive table.

To make pancakes you will need:

- hard cheese - 150-200 g;

- milk - 0.3 l;

- eggs - 2 pcs;

- baking powder for flour - 1/4 tsp;

- sugar - 1/2 tsp;

- flour - 250 g;

- sunflower oil;

- dill greens;

- salt to taste.

First of all, you need to prepare the dough. To do this, beat the eggs into a deep bowl, add sugar and beat with a whisk until they foam, you can do this with a fork. If the cheese is not very salty, you can add a small pinch of salt. We heat the milk a little in the microwave and pour it into the beaten eggs in a thin stream, without ceasing to beat.

Add baking powder to the flour, mix and sift through a sieve several times. Add flour to the egg-milk mixture in small portions, while mixing thoroughly so that no lumps form.

Grate the cheese on a fine or medium grater, pour it into the dough, mix gently so that the cheese spreads evenly.

We wash the dill, shake it several times to remove excess moisture. Chop the greens finely and pour it into a bowl of dough, mix. In addition to fresh dill, you can use dried or frozen.

Add a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil to the finished dough, this is necessary so that the pancakes are better removed from the pan, mix everything again. The dough should be smooth, lump-free and quite runny.

We put the pancake maker on moderate heat, pour in the oil and bring it to a boil. Pour the pancakes into the pan using a ladle and fry on both sides until a beautiful golden color appears. Remove the finished cheese pancakes with herbs from the pan, lightly grease with melted butter and serve.
