It is necessary
- - 500 g of boiled mashed potatoes
- - 200 g of grated Parmesan cheese
- - green onions
- - 1 egg
- - sour cream
- - 200 g
- - 1 small carrot
- - flour
- - vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
Step 1
Grate the Parmesan cheese on a fine grater. Mix with mashed potatoes. Grate the carrots and add to the previous ingredients. Finely chop the green onion and mix with the whole potato mass.

Step 2
Break one egg into mashed potatoes. Add flour and mix well. Using a tablespoon, divide the mashed potatoes into pieces, forming balls from them. Squeezing the balls a little, we form into cakes. The total output should average up to 20 pieces.

Step 3
Pour vegetable oil into a deep frying pan so that each pancake does not lie on the bottom, but floats a little on the surface. When the oil boils, dip a few pancakes into it and fry on both sides until golden crisp. Before serving, sprinkle with fresh chopped herbs and pour over sour cream.
