Delicious chicken pancakes are both a nutritious breakfast, a full lunchtime snack, and a light dinner. And very fast, and very tasty - a great recipe for every day. Chicken pancakes are even tastier with cheese and herbs.
It is necessary
- For six servings:
- - 600 g of minced chicken;
- - 150 g of hard cheese;
- - 5 eggs;
- - 1 bunch of green onions, dill or parsley;
- - 30 ml of vegetable oil;
- - 3 tbsp. spoons of flour and sour cream;
- - curry, pepper, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Grate a piece of hard cheese on a coarse grater. Rinse and chop the greens and green onions.
Step 2
Place the minced chicken in a deep bowl. It can be purchased ready-made, or you can mince the chicken fillet yourself. Beat eggs to the minced meat, pepper and salt, add chopped herbs, cheese, sour cream. Add flour and curry to taste. Mix everything thoroughly and set aside for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Heat a frying pan, pour vegetable oil on it. Spoon the fritters into the hot oil. Fry on one side until golden brown for 3 minutes over medium heat. Then turn them over, fry on the other side until golden brown.
Step 4
Put the finished chicken pancakes with herbs and cheese on a plate, and put the next portion of the chicken mass in the pan. So make pancakes out of all the minced meat.
Step 5
It is better to serve such chicken pancakes hot, but they remain tasty even when cooled.
