An original recipe for pancakes with cheese and herbs, which will be remembered for a long time by your loved ones!
It is necessary

- - 2 tablespoons of refined olive oil;
- - 600 ml of milk;
- - 400 g flour;
- - Refined olive oil for roasting;
- - 250 g of hard cheese;
- - 30 g of greens.
Instructions
Step 1
Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Step 2
Whisk the yolks with sugar and salt, then combine with refined olive oil.

Gradually pour in 300 ml of milk and add flour.

With the remaining milk, dilute the dough so that there are no lumps.

Whisk the whites and mix with the dough.

Then bake the pancakes in refined olive oil.

Grate cheese and stir with chopped herbs.

Distribute the resulting filling over the pancakes and fold each of them in four.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius, place the pancakes on a baking sheet and bake for about 5-7 minutes.
