Step 1
Carrot flowers
Boil medium-sized carrots and cut them into slices about 1 cm thick. Using a small mold, cut out the flowers. If desired, carrot flowers can be pickled. Similarly, you can cut flowers from other dense vegetables, such as beets, potatoes, courgettes.
Step 2
Carrot curls
Cut the young fresh carrots into long thin strips with a vegetable peeler or a sharp knife. Roll the strips into rolls and place in an ice mold. Cover with cold water and refrigerate for 2 days. Remove from refrigerator before serving and drain off excess moisture. Carrot curls are perfect with cold snacks.
Step 3
Bunches of carrots
Wash and peel the carrots. Cut it with a sharp knife into thin strips along its entire length. Cut the strips into very thin strips. The carrot stripes should be the same length and very thin, almost translucent. Dip them in boiling water for a few minutes and then in ice cold water. Allow excess liquid to drain. Gather the strips into bunches and tie with an arrow of garlic or green onions. Such original bundles will be a great decoration for hot and cold snacks.
