Baked chestnuts need to be shelled. It is easier to do this if you first press down on the chestnut with your palm, then carefully remove the shell. The skin remaining on the core must be removed with a knife. After that, boil the chestnuts in boiling water for about 10 minutes. The kernels will become soft and juicy. Pass the chestnuts prepared in this way through a meat grinder. Mix the resulting powdery crumbs with honey. At the same time, add honey gradually, in small portions. The result should be a fairly plastic, but at the same time slightly crumbly mass.
