Surprise your loved ones with these original buns. Chestnuts, which have long been a favorite ingredient in European dishes, give the minced meat a very interesting taste.
It is necessary

- - 500 g flour;
- - 10 g of fresh yeast;
- - ¼ liter of cold milk;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - salt;
- For filling:
- - 200 g chestnuts;
- - 300 minced meat;
- - 5 eggs;
- - 250 g mozzarella cheese;
- - ½ onion;
- - ½ red sweet pepper;
- - 50 g of parsley;
- - 50 g sour cream;
- - 30 g of raisins;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Dissolve the yeast with water, let it brew for 20 minutes. Pour sifted flour into a bowl, make a well. Add milk, butter, eggs, yeast, and salt. Stir with your hands for 5 minutes until a ball forms. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise, near a heat source. Then put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Step 2
Take care of the stuffing. Peel the chestnuts and boil for 5 minutes. Then wrinkle. Boil 2 eggs and cut into small pieces, beat the rest of the eggs. Chop vegetables, herbs and cheese.
Step 3
Toss all the filling ingredients: minced meat, chopped chestnuts, chopped and beaten eggs, onions, peppers, cheese, sour cream and raisins. Salt. Sprinkle the table with flour. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and roll it out to a layer of 0.5 cm. From the dough, make 12 circles - 6 large diameter (base of the bun) and 6 small diameter (top of the bun).
Step 4
Grease baking dishes with oil. Place large circles of dough in them. Place the filling on top and cover with small circles of dough. Connect the edges. Grease the surface of the buns with oil. Preheat the oven to 250 C. Then bake the buns for 40 minutes, but already at a lower temperature - 180 C.
