This is a delicious and healthy casserole that's easy to prepare. Delicate zucchini with minced meat combined with cheese and tomatoes make the taste of this dish amazing.
Ingredients:
- Large green or white zucchini - 1 pc;
- Tomatoes - 2 pcs;
- Minced meat (a mixture of pork and chicken is best) - 500 g;
- Hard cheese - 300 g;
- Garlic - 2 cloves;
- Salt;
- Pepper;
- Sunflower oil for frying;
- Condiments such as Provencal herbs;
- Mayonnaise.
Preparation:
- You need to start cooking by processing vegetables. The large zucchini should be rinsed thoroughly. If the zucchini crust is too thick, you can cut it off a little. But the main thing is that this crust remains. Then you need to cut the zucchini into circles. The circles should be about 1 centimeter thick. You can make it a little thinner.
- Tomatoes also need to be washed and cut into slices, the thickness of which should be about 3 millimeters.
- Then grate hard cheese on a fine grater. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them in a garlic press. Mix cheese and garlic. You should get a homogeneous mass. If desired, you can use not hard, but processed cheese.
- In the minced meat, if it is not seasoned, add salt and pepper to your taste, you can add spices.
- After all the ingredients are prepared, you need to take a large baking sheet and grease it liberally with sunflower oil.
- Now you need to collect the casserole. Put zucchini cut into circles on a baking sheet. Put minced meat on top of the zucchini (about one tablespoon per circle, depending on the size of the zucchini). Then put the tomato rings and salt them. Drop a drop of mayonnaise on each tomato. Top with a mixture of cheese and garlic.
- Turn on the oven (200 degrees) and put a baking sheet with a casserole in it. Bake the dish for about half an hour. Serve the casserole hot.
