Minced meat and potato casserole cooked in the oven according to this recipe always turns out incredibly tender and juicy. This dish is prepared quickly and easily, and from products that are almost always available in the refrigerator.

Step 1
The first step is to rinse the potatoes, put them in a deep saucepan, add water and cook. If the vegetables are large, then they can be pre-cut in half so that they cook faster.
Pour the finished potatoes with cold water and leave to cool for 10 minutes.

Next, you need to peel the onion, chop it finely. Heat a thick-bottomed frying pan, pour oil into it and fry the onions in it until a pleasant golden color. In the process of frying, the onion must be constantly stirred so that it does not burn in any way.

The next step is to fry the minced meat. Put the minced meat in a pan with the onion, mix everything, salt and pepper to taste, add chopped greens and fry everything over high heat until half cooked. It is worth remembering that at this stage the most important thing is to quickly fry the minced meat so that it becomes covered with a crust.

Peel the potatoes, rinse and grate or finely chop. Grate the cheese into a separate bowl.
