If you have some minced meat, then you can easily cook it. The process does not take much time, but it tastes amazing, besides, it is very simple to prepare.
It is necessary
- - potatoes - 1.5 kg;
- - minced pork and beef - 500 g;
- - onions - 3 pcs.;
- - milk - 200 ml;
- - sour cream - 4 tbsp. l.;
- - hard cheese - 200 g;
- - vegetable oil for frying;
- - butter or margarine - 60 g;
- - fresh dill;
- - ground black pepper - a few pinches;
- - salt;
- - frying pan;
- - baking dish.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the potatoes, rinse and place them in a saucepan with salted water. If the potatoes are large, you can pre-cut them into several pieces. After boiling, cook the potatoes over medium heat until tender. This usually takes 15-20 minutes.
Step 2
In the meantime, while the potatoes are boiling, prepare everything you need for the filling. Preheat a skillet and add vegetable oil. Put the minced meat in it and fry for 5 minutes. Peel the onions and chop finely. Attach it to the minced meat, mix everything together well and fry until tender. Finally, add black pepper and salt to taste.
Step 3
When the potatoes are done, drain all the water from the pot. Heat the milk until hot and pour into a saucepan. And also add 50 g of butter. Use a potato pusher to mash the potatoes so that there are no lumps left.
Step 4
Turn on the oven, setting the temperature to 180 degrees. While the oven is preheating, brush the baking dish with the remaining piece of butter. It's time to shape our casserole. Divide the mashed potatoes in half. Start by placing the first half in the mold and spreading it out evenly. Sprinkle lightly with black pepper. Place the minced meat next to the top. Cover with the other half of the puree, which is also sprinkled with a pinch of black pepper. Spread sour cream on top of the casserole.
Step 5
Place the mold in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes. While the casserole is cooking, grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater. When the time is up, remove the casserole from the oven and sprinkle with cheese on top, return to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes.
Step 6
The minced potato casserole is ready! When serving, divide it into portions, arrange on plates and garnish with chopped dill.
