  • To prepare the cream:

Step 1

Cool egg whites and beat until peaks. At the same time, periodically add sugar.

Pour almond crumbs into the whites and mix thoroughly.

Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Then draw on this paper two circles with a diameter of 20 cm. Lubricate them with oil.

Divide the protein mass into two equal parts and lay out in circles.
