It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 200 g flour
- - 110 g sugar
- - 8 eggs
- - 150 g peeled walnuts
- For the meringue:
- - 200 g sugar
- - 120 g icing sugar
- - 20 g starch
- - proteins from 8 eggs
Instructions
Step 1
Mix eggs with sugar and put in a water bath. Then we cool the resulting mixture to room temperature, add flour to it and mix well until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Step 2
Add chopped walnuts to the resulting dough and mix everything again for 2-4 minutes.
Step 3
Put the finished dough in a greased form and send it to the oven preheated to 200-220 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
Step 4
While the dough is baking, prepare the meringue. Beat the whites into a tight foam, add granulated sugar and mix.
Step 5
Combine starch with powdered sugar and slowly add to the protein mixture and beat thoroughly again.
Step 6
We heat and cool the whipped mass twice.
Step 7
Then, on the finished biscuit, we apply our meringue with a spoon and distribute it over the entire surface of the product.
Step 8
We send the finished dessert to a cool place for 30-40 minutes.
