  • - 200 g sugar
  • - 75 g ground almonds
  • - 200 ml cream
  • - 150 g raspberries
  • - 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar

Instructions

Step 1

Cool the egg whites. Whisk them very well. Add sugar during the whisking process.

Step 2

Pour almond crumbs into the protein mass. Mix thoroughly. If using frozen raspberries, place them in a bowl and leave to thaw.

Step 3

Place baking paper on a baking sheet. Draw two circles on it. The diameter of each should be 20 cm.

Step 4

Lubricate the paper with vegetable oil. Divide the whites into two parts. Place them on the drawn circles, bake for 40 minutes in the oven at 150 degrees.

Step 5

Whip the cream with two tablespoons of sugar. Add berries, stir. Put 2/3 of the cream and raspberry cream on the meringue cake.
