Delicious airy delicacy will become a real decoration of the festive table. It doesn't take long to prepare the cake.

Step 1
Separate the whites from the yolks from 3 eggs. Hold the whites in the refrigerator for a while, add acid and beat until lather.

Then add sugar and whisk. Once the sugar is completely dissolved, add the starch and beat again.

Draw a circle on parchment paper and place three quarters of the dough on top of it. Make small droplets from the rest.

The meringue is baked for 45 minutes at a temperature of 180 C.

Pour milk into a ladle and put chocolate.

Put the ladle on fire.

Heat the mass, stirring with a spatula.

Grind 1/2 cup granulated sugar with 90 g butter.

Put 1 egg in the resulting mass and beat everything again.

Then you need to add a couple of glasses of flour, baking powder and a little salt, pour in the chocolate and mix thoroughly.

Bake 2 cakes from the resulting dough.
Step 12
Prepare custard from the remaining yolks, sugar, flour and milk. Add oil, stir and refrigerate.
Step 13
Grease the cake with cream, put a layer of meringue on top. Then again cream and cake. Put in the cold for 2 hours.
Step 14
Grease the sides of the finished cake generously with cream, sprinkle with chocolate chips.

Decorate the top of the cake with small meringues.
