- - mascarpone cheese - 600 grams;
- - white chocolate - 350 grams;
- - whipped cream - 280 milliliters;
- - coconut or macaroons - 100 grams;
- - sugar - 50 grams;
- - berries (blueberries, raspberries, black currants - choose) - 2 glasses;
- - jam;
- - strawberries - 10 pieces;
- - a pinch of salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Melt the chocolate in a water bath (use white), add sugar and a pinch of salt. Mix chocolate with mascarpone, whipped cream.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, mix a third of the berries with jam. Line the bread pan with cling film.
Step 3
Start laying out the ingredients in layers: half mascarpone, a mixture of berries and jam, leftover mascarpone. Level the surface with the back of the spoon. Place the cookies in the fourth row.
Step 4
Cover the dessert with cling film, set to freeze for six hours.
Step 5
Prepare the sauce. Cut five strawberries in half, put on fire in a saucepan. The strawberries should be soft. Then whisk it in a blender and refrigerate.
Step 6
