Shortcrust pastry, white chocolate, fresh raspberries - what a combination! Even those who are indifferent to desserts will not resist such a delicacy. White chocolate cake is served chilled with tea or coffee.
It is necessary
- - 400 g of shortcrust pastry;
- - 600 ml cream 35%;
- - 300 g of white chocolate;
- - 20 raspberries;
- - 2 chicken eggs;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of powdered sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Take ready-made shortbread dough or make it yourself from 3 glasses of flour, a glass of sugar, 300 g of margarine and two eggs.
Step 2
Roll out the dough, put in a deep mold, cover with parchment, press, bake for 15 minutes. Then remove the paper, bake for 10 minutes, a golden crust should form.
Step 3
Heat white chocolate with cream in a saucepan, stir. Add the egg yolks, whisking the mixture. Pour the mixture into a mold, bake until tender.
Step 4
Let the finished cake cool, remove from the mold, cool completely. Decorate with raspberries, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
