Coconut and lime are somewhat exotic foods, but delicious. With the use of these products, the cake is very tender, crumbly and juicy, and it is prepared very quickly and easily.

- - 50 g nuts (almonds)
- - 130 g coconut flakes
- - 150 g sugar or powdered sugar
- - 130 g wheat flour
- - 130 g butter
- - 5 egg whites
- - 1 tsp. baking powder
- - 1 lime
Instructions
Step 1
Grind the almonds in a blender, grate the lime zest, melt the butter.
Step 2
Mix the zest, almonds, coconut flakes, sugar, flour, baking powder, mix well, add oil, mix again.
Step 3
Turn on the oven 180 degrees.
Step 4
Beat the egg whites, add to the rest of the mixture, mix.
Step 5
Grease the molds with oil, pour the dough into them. Place the molds in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes, until golden brown.
