Coconut muffins combine the delicate summer flavors of berries and sweet cinnamon. This is the perfect dessert for a holiday or any occasion. Each housewife will be able to prepare such cupcakes, the main thing is to stock up on the necessary ingredients.
It is necessary
- - any muffin dough (you can buy instant baking dough)
- - 3 egg whites
- - 1/3 cup butter
- - 1 and 1/4 cups of water
- - 2 tsp coconut extract
- 3/4 cup grated coconut
- Glaze:
- - 1 glass of butter
- - 3 cups powdered sugar
- - 1/2 cup milk powder
- - 1/4 cup milk
- - 2 tsp vanilla extract
- For decoration:
- - 1 and 1/2 cups coconut sprinkle
- - Easter eggs, sweets, marmalade
Instructions
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine: instant muffin dough, egg whites, butter, water, and coconut extract. Add some grated coconut.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Take out the muffin baking tins and brush them with butter. Place the mixture from step 1 in the tins and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
After the muffins, remove and let cool completely.
Step 3
In a mixer, combine the icing sugar, milk powder and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
Step 4
Fry the grated coconut in a pan until golden brown. This will be your future dressing. Combine the toasted coconut with the mixture from step 3.
Step 5
Apply ready-made sprinkler to chilled muffins and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Step 6
Decorate the muffins with Easter figurines and marmalade before serving. Bon Appetit!
