Making a chestnut cake is not easy. But the cake turns out to be very tasty and unusual. I suggest trying this wonderful dessert.
It is necessary
- - chestnuts - 300 g;
- - sugar - 200 g;
- - eggs - 6 pcs.;
- - almonds - 50 g;
- - bread crumbs - 50 g;
- - whipped cream - 200 g;
- - lingonberry jam - 2 tbsp. l.;
- - vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.;
- - chocolate - 100 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Cooking the dough. Put the chestnuts on a baking sheet and put in a hot oven for 15 minutes, until the chestnuts open.
Peel the chestnuts and boil for about 5-7 minutes.
Step 2
Grind the chestnuts with a blender. Divide the chestnut puree into two equal parts.
Step 3
Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the yolks with sugar (we need 150 g of sugar).
Beat the whites separately into a stable foam.
Step 4
Grind the almonds with a blender until fine crumbs.
Step 5
Combine one part of chestnut puree, ground almonds, yolks, whipped with sugar, bread crumbs, mix. Gently add whipped whites into the mixture and mix.
Step 6
Pour the dough into a greased mold and bake in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes.
Cut the hot cake into two cakes.
Step 7
Cooking the layer. Whip the cream with sugar (50 g), add the remaining chestnut puree. We mix. We coat with a layer of cakes.
Step 8
Grease the cake with jam on top and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
