Step 1

The yolks must be pre-cooked. To do this, simply place them in a heat-resistant bag (baking bag) and send them to a pot of boiling water until tender. Then we rub them on a grater.

Step 2

Sift the flour onto the table. Chop the butter into crumbs and mix with flour. Add grated yolks, chopped nuts and soda, which must be extinguished with lemon juice beforehand. We knead the thick dough and, having rolled it into a ball, we send it to the cold for an hour.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. We take out the dough and form small balls from it (I got 15 pieces). We line the baking sheet with baking paper and put the future cookies on it. We bake for about half an hour. A sign of readiness is an even golden color.

Step 4

While the cookies are being prepared, mix the milk, sugar and cocoa in a saucepan. Boil the mixture over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Once this has happened, add the butter and remove from heat. Stir until a homogeneous glaze is obtained. Cover the finished cookies with warm glaze and roll in nut crumbs.
