  • - 250 ml heavy cream;
  • - 350 g chicken fillet;
  • - 200 g of pasta (long and thin as on pita bread);

  • - 20 g flour;
  • - 50 g butter;
  • - 5 g dry garlic;
  • - salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the chicken fillet well in running cold water, dry and cut into small pieces.

Step 2

In a blender, beat the eggs until frothy. Add flour, salt and some pepper, dry garlic and beat again. Pour the mixture over the chicken fillet pieces, stir and let it brew for 30 minutes.

Step 3

Take a deep saucepan, fill it halfway with cold water and salt. Place on a preheated stove. As soon as the water boils, toss the pasta into a saucepan and cook. Throw the finished paste in a colander so that the water is completely glass.
