Spaghetti with tender and juicy chicken breast is a savory and budget dish that is most suitable for a family dinner. Its unsurpassed aroma and spicy taste will surely please all household members. Ingredients:

• 300 g of thin spaghetti;

• 1 ripe tomato;

• 1 chicken breast;

• 150 ml. cream;

• 2 cloves of garlic;

• a piece of butter;

• 2 tbsp. l. olive oil;

• black pepper and sweet paprika;

• curry and oregano;

• salt.

Preparation

Pour water into a saucepan, add a little salt, place on the stove and bring to a boil. To prevent spaghetti from sticking to the water during cooking, you can add a little odorless sunflower oil in advance.

While the water is boiling, you need to start cooking chicken breast in a creamy sauce. So, wash the chicken breast, carefully cut off its skin, remove the bones and discard, and cut the pulp into small cubes.

Pour olive oil into a skillet and heat it up. Crush the chives with something, put in hot oil and fry for 1-2 minutes. After that, take out the fried garlic and discard it; it should simply give its taste and aroma to the oil.

Put the meat cubes in the garlic oil and fry them until white. After the meat has turned white, you need to season it with salt, pepper, paprika, curry and oregano. Stir and simmer until tender with the lid closed.

Cut the tomato into small cubes and place in a frying pan for the chicken. Cover everything again and simmer until the tomato cubes are soft.

At the end of cooking, pour the cream over the chicken, cover again and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Put the pasta in boiling water and boil it until tender. Then put in a colander, rinse a little, put in a saucepan, add a piece of butter, and mix.

Sprinkle the prepared pasta with chicken breast in a creamy sauce on plates and serve immediately, as it must be eaten hot.
