- For the sauce you will need:
- One hundred grams of cheese (hard cheeses that melt well at high temperatures are ideal);
- Two hundred grams of cream, at least 15% fat;
- 1 tablespoon of poppy seeds.

Step 1
We take the breasts and rub them with salt, you can pepper a little and add chopped greens, it will give the poultry meat a unique aroma. We put them aside so that they are properly marinated.
Step 2
Let's move on to making the sauce. We rub the cheese on a coarse grater (this way it will melt faster) and fill it with cream. We put on fire and keep until thickened. After that, pour out the poppy seeds and remove from heat so that the sauce is infused a little.
