- - 120 ml dry white wine
- - thyme
- - olive oil
- - 2 cloves of garlic
- - 100 g celery (stems)
- - 300 ml cream

- - 50 g small carrots

Step 1
Cut the carrots into thin strips. Chop the shallots into small pieces. Chop the celery or cut into large squares.
Step 2
Quickly fry the mussels in olive oil. Add chopped garlic and thyme. Pour white wine to the contents of the pan and simmer the seafood for 2-3 minutes. Wait for the shells to open completely.
Step 3
Place some onion, celery and carrot mixture in each shell. Top with heavy cream. Season the ingredients with salt and pepper as desired.
