Thai-style crispy salmon is an original and multifunctional dish. It can be served as a snack or supplemented with a vegetable side dish.
It is necessary
- - 500 g salmon
- - Sesame oil
- - 1 chili pepper
- - 3 cloves of garlic
- - Brown sugar
- - peanut butter
- - 1 small fresh ginger root
- - fish sauce
- - 1 bunch of tarragon
- - 1 bunch of mint
- - corn flour
- - spices to taste
- - soy sauce
- - green onions
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the salmon thoroughly, remove the bones and cut into small cubes. Dip each piece in corn flour.
Step 2
Thoroughly chop the tarragon, mint, chili, garlic, fresh ginger and green onion. The amount of ingredients can be selected at your discretion. Use the minimum amount of green onions.
Step 3
Pour a few teaspoons of peanut butter and the same amount of sesame oil into a preheated skillet. Heat the mixture a little and stir with a spatula. Put the pieces of fish in the heated oil. Fry the salmon until golden brown.
Step 4
Transfer the pieces of fish to a separate container. Put the chopped spices in the oil remaining after frying and fry the mixture for a few minutes until a rich aroma appears.
Step 5
While cooking the spices, return the fish fillets to the pan and re-fry the mixture for a few minutes, stirring constantly with a spatula.
