  • - salmon fillet 400 g;
  • - chili pepper 1 pc;
  • - garlic 2 tooth;
  • - brown sugar 1 pinch;
  • - sesame oil 2 tablespoons;
  • - peanut butter 2 tbsp;
  • - corn flour 100 g;
  • - fish and soy sauce 0.5 tsp each;
  • - green onion feathers 2 pcs;
  • - ginger root 3 cm;
  • - spices for fish, tarragon and mint, 1 bunch.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the fish into small portions and roll in flour. Peel the garlic and cut into slices, ginger into thin strips, green onions into rings. Peel and chop the chili pepper. Wash, dry and chop mint and tarragon.

Step 2

Pour half the peanut and sesame oil into a preheated skillet. Add fish and fry on all sides until golden brown. Transfer the fish to a plate.

Step 3

Pour the remaining oil into the pan, put the chopped garlic, fry the ginger for 1 minute. Add peppers, onions, brown sugar, soy and fish sauce, chopped mint and tarragon. Sprinkle with spices and cook for another 1 minute.

Step 4

Return the fish to the pan. Stir and cook for 1-2 minutes. As a side dish, you can serve rice with vegetables, it can also be served as an independent dish. If desired, you can sprinkle with sesame seeds, previously fried in a dry pan.
