You can make a huge number of dishes from fish. I want to offer you a simple, but very tasty, which may appeal even to those who do not particularly like fish.
It is necessary
- - egg - 1 piece;
- - bread crumbs - 2 glasses;
- - olive oil - 2 tablespoons;
- - seasoning for fish;
- - fish fillet - 750 g;
- - mayonnaise - 120 ml;
- - chives onion - 4 branches;
- - Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon;
- - lemon juice - 1 tablespoon;
- - grated horseradish - 1 teaspoon;
- - a few lemon slices.
Instructions
Step 1
So, first we will "deal" with the fish. You can choose any. We cut it into pieces. Then we do the following: mix the egg with pepper and salt in a deep plate and dip the fish in the resulting mixture.
Step 2
We take another deep container and mix the following ingredients in it: olive oil, bread crumbs and seasoning for fish. Roll the pieces of future crispy fish in a mixture of bread crumbs.
Step 3
Now we put the foil on the baking sheet, and on it, respectively, the pieces of fish. The oven should be preheated to 250 degrees. We send our dish there for 20 minutes, and for the first 10 minutes we bake it at the highest level, and the rest, on the contrary, that is, at the lowest.
Step 4
While our crispy fish is baking, you can start making the sauce for it. It's pretty easy to do. We just mix all the listed ingredients: mayonnaise, chives, mustard, lemon juice, horseradish and salt and pepper. The sauce is ready!
Step 5
Serve crispy baked fish with sauce and lemon wedges.
