Fish in Greek can be eaten even by those who follow a diet. The dish is low in calories and at the same time very tasty, and it is cooked in just 30 minutes.

- - 500 g fish fillet
- - vegetable or olive oil
- - fresh herbs
- - lemon juice
- - salt
- - ground black pepper
- - 2 heads of onions
- - 3 tomatoes
- - tomato paste
- - butter
- - 1 clove of garlic
- - 100 g olives or olives
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the fish fillet into large pieces. Rub each piece thoroughly with black pepper and salt. Sprinkle lightly with lemon juice on top.
Step 2
Cut the onions into thin half rings and fry in olive oil with chopped garlic. Place the fish fillets in a baking dish. Spread the fried onions on the fish.
Step 3
Cut the tomatoes into thin rings. Chop the greens thoroughly or tear with your hands. Place the tomatoes on top of the fish stock. Sprinkle with herbs on top. Season each piece of fish fillet lightly with tomato paste. Place the dish in the oven and cook for 20 minutes.
Step 4
A few minutes before cooking, put the olives or olives cut into rings on the fish fillet, sprinkle generously with grated Parmesan cheese on top. Additionally, brown thin slices of white bread until golden brown.
Step 5
When serving, add a few crispy croutons to each serving of fish fillets. If desired, the croutons can be served separately, and the dish can be served with a garnish of vegetables or potatoes.
