It is necessary

  • - 300 grams (packing) fillet of salmon or smoked trout;
  • - 100 grams of bacon;
  • - 170 gram can of canned sweet corn;
  • - 3 pcs. potatoes;
  • - 2 onions;
  • - 2 glasses of milk;
  • - 3 glasses of water;
  • - salt, dried thyme, ground paprika, black pepper to taste;
  • - chopped herbs (dill, parsley).

Instructions

Step 1

Chop the bacon finely, fry it in a saucepan until the fat is melted.

Step 2

Peel the onion and cut into small cubes, add to the bacon and fry for 5 minutes. If the bacon is lean and there is little fat melted, you can add a little butter.

Step 3

Pour water into a saucepan, mix everything, bring to a boil. Add peeled and diced potatoes and fish cut into small pieces. Cook the soup for 15 minutes.

Step 4

Separate the corn from the filling, add to the soup, pour in warm milk there, add salt, spices and boil for another 5-10 minutes, stirring all the time. Put fresh herbs in a plate before serving.
