The corn, pepper and smoked chicken pancakes are a great breakfast for the whole family. In addition, the dish is prepared very quickly and easily. The specified amount of food is enough for 4 servings.
It is necessary
- - eggs - 4 pcs.;
- - smoked chicken meat - 100 g;
- - sweet red pepper - 1 pc.;
- - canned corn - 3 tbsp. l.;
- - onions - 0, 5 heads;
- - flour - 100 g;
- - vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.;
- - salt - 0.5 tsp;
- - ground black pepper - a pinch.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the onion into small cubes, lightly fry in vegetable oil (until golden brown).
Step 2
Cut the chicken into small strips. Cut the bell peppers into small cubes.
Step 3
Beat eggs with salt and ground pepper, add fried onions, canned corn, bell peppers and chicken. Mix well. Gradually add flour to the mixture. The dough should have the consistency of very thick sour cream.
Step 4
In a preheated frying pan greased with vegetable oil, fry the pancakes on both sides (lay out the dough with a spoon). One pancakes will require 1-2 tbsp. l. test. Put the finished pancakes on a paper towel to absorb excess fat. Garnish with corn and fresh herbs. The dish is ready!
