Someone cannot imagine a day without fish, and someone cannot stand this product. In any case, you need to eat it, at least from time to time, since it contains useful substances, without which our body cannot function normally.
It is necessary
- - 4 medium tomatoes (finely chopped),
- - 1.5 kg white fish fillet (optional),
- - 100 ml of white wine (preferably dry),
- - 10 pitted olives,
- - olive oil,
- - dried herbs,
- - favorite spices.
Instructions
Step 1
Fry onions in olive oil until lightly browned, add parsley and tomatoes, simmer for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Put the resulting mixture evenly into a baking dish, put the fish fillet on top. Fill with wine and add a little olive oil. Sprinkle with seasonings and herbs (to taste) and bake for 40 minutes. Cut the olives in half and spread evenly on top of the fish 5 minutes before turning off the oven.
Step 3
For decoration, you can sprinkle with grated hard cheese on top or lay out feta cheese in cubes, decorate with a sprig of basil.
