- - hard cheese - 300 g;
- - garlic - 2 cloves;
- - mayonnaise - 250 g;
- - half a lemon (only juice is needed);

Step 1
First, prepare all the ingredients you need on the kitchen counter. First, prepare the fish fillet. To do this, the fish must be cut into portioned pieces, if desired, you can grease it with salt and sprinkle with lemon juice (lemon juice will add spice to the fish).
Step 2
Chop the greens, mix thoroughly with mayonnaise and add about half of the grated cheese on a coarse grater. Gently grate the pieces of fish with the resulting mixture and place on a baking sheet, previously oiled.
Step 3
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the dish and cover all areas of the fish so that it does not dry out during baking. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
