Step 1
For cooking, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. In a container, mix four tablespoons of flour with two tablespoons of ground sweet paprika. Beat one egg with one spoonful of milk.

Cut half a kilogram of carp or pike perch fillets into two centimeters thick cubes, salt, roll in a mixture of flour with ground paprika, dip in an egg and bread in 125 grams of bread crumbs
Step 3
Put on a baking sheet lined with paper, sprinkle with 50 grams of ghee from cream and bake in the oven for 25 minutes until golden brown.
Step 4
Sprinkle the cooked fish sticks with lemon juice if desired. Serve with French fries or potato salad.
