It is necessary
- - minced salmon and cod - 450 g;
- - potatoes - 600 g;
- - bread crumbs - 3 tablespoons;
- - Thai fish sauce - 2 tablespoons;
- - egg - 1 piece;
- - hot red peppers - 2 pcs;
- - white wine vinegar - 3 tablespoons;
- - sugar - 3 tablespoons.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour water into a saucepan, boil, dip the peeled potatoes into it and cook for 20 minutes. After it is cooked, it should be crushed to a puree state. Crack one chicken egg and separate the yolk from the white. For fish sticks, only the yolk is needed, which should be added to the mashed potatoes. Also add minced meat and a tablespoon of Thai fish sauce to it. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 2
It is necessary to roll sticks from the resulting mass. Then roll them in breadcrumbs, then fry in a preheated pan on each side for 9-10 minutes.
Step 3
It remains to prepare the hot sauce. To make it, first take a saucepan and pour sugar into it, add 1 tablespoon of water and 3 tablespoons of white wine vinegar. Bring the resulting mixture to a boil, then cook for another 2 minutes. Then remove from heat and add hot pepper, which must first be chopped, and Thai fish sauce. Fish sticks with hot sauce are ready!
