Beans in spicy sauce are delicious and nutritious dishes that are easy to prepare. These beans can be used as a snack or side dish.
It is necessary
- - 1 tbsp. red beans;
- - 1 bell pepper;
- - 0, 5 hot pepper pods;
- - 2 ripe tomatoes;
- - 1 carrot;
- - 1 onion;
- - 4 cloves of garlic;
- - red ground pepper to taste;
- - cilantro;
- - vegetable oil for frying;
- - salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse dry red beans and cover with a glass of water, then leave to swell for 1.5 hours. Boil the soaked beans over low heat until tender.
Step 2
Cut the bell pepper into small cubes, cut the onions into thin half rings, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes and peel them off, chop the peeled tomatoes together with hot peppers and garlic in a blender to make a thin gruel.
Step 3
Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan and fry onions, carrots and peppers in it. Pour the tomato mass into the pan, salt, sprinkle with ground pepper and mix well with the rest of the vegetables. Then add the boiled beans to the skillet. Keep the dish on the fire for another 3-4 minutes, then sprinkle with chopped cilantro and serve the beans in a hot sauce on the table with white bread.
