A family dinner should be tasty, hearty and healthy. Meat with beans is exactly the dish that can be served on the evening table. Minimum effort, simple products and supplements for your loved ones piglets.
It is necessary
- - 600 grams of beef or pork,
- - 250 grams of beans
- - 150 grams of onions,
- - 200 grams of carrots,
- - 2 glasses of tomato juice,
- - 1 glass of water
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sunflower oil,
- - 1 clove of garlic,
- - ground black pepper to taste,
- - 2 bay leaves,
- - salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Cover the beans with water and let sit overnight.
Step 2
Rinse the meat, dry, cut into small pieces.
Step 3
Cut the onion into small cubes. Grate the carrots coarsely (if desired, carrots can be cut into thin slices).
Step 4
Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan (stewpan or cast iron), fry the pieces of meat until golden brown.
Step 5
Add the onion cubes, grated carrots and continue cooking for another five minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 6
Put the beans in the pan, cover with water and stir. Cover, cook 45 minutes. Then add two glasses of tomato juice to the pan (you can dilute tomato paste), stir, season with salt and ground black pepper, if desired, you can add your favorite spices. Cook the dish for another 50 minutes.
Step 7
Add chopped clove of garlic, stir, lay in bay leaves. Simmer for another 15 minutes over low heat. Serve the meat and beans in portioned bowls. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
