Homemade fish sticks are a wonderful appetizer that everyone, without exception, will like! These sticks cannot be compared with purchased ones, because they are actually made from fish, and not from its imitation.
It is necessary
- - 450 g fillet of halibut, cod or tilapia;
- - 200 g of grated Parmesan;
- - 200 g bread crumbs;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 1 glass of flour;
- - 1 teaspoon of salt;
- - 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the fish fillet into cubes, roll in flour.
Step 2
Beat the chicken eggs, add salt and red pepper. Combine bread crumbs with grated cheese (finely grated). Dip the pieces of fish into the egg, then roll in the breading.
Step 3
Put the fillets on a baking sheet, which is pre-coated with vegetable oil. Put in the oven for 15-20 minutes, the sticks should be cooked at a temperature of 230 degrees.
