Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Roll out the finished yeast dough and cut it into portioned strips.
Step 2
Peel and cut the red onion into half rings. Peel and crush the garlic in a mortar or pass through a special press. Peel and cut canned tomatoes in their own juice. Chop the thyme finely.
Step 3
Prepare the sauce. Combine prepared tomatoes with garlic. Add chopped thyme. Salt and pepper the mass.

Spread the sauce over the dough strips. Top with onions and pine nuts. Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
