- - butter (51 g);
- - parsley;

- - garlic (3 prongs).
Instructions
Step 1
Crumble the bread and soak in milk. Cut the mushrooms into as thin slices as possible.
Step 2
Cut the onion into thin half rings. Carrots - in thin slices or coarsely grate.

Combine butter and vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry onions with carrots in this mixture. Add mushrooms to them and fry for another 10 minutes.
Step 4
Finely chop the parsley. Squeeze the garlic. Squeeze out excess milk from the bread.
Step 5
Combine bread with egg, garlic and parsley to mix.
Step 6
Add the fried mushroom minced meat with salt and pepper to the resulting mixture. Mix the mixture thoroughly. If the minced meat is thin, add bread crumbs.
Step 7
Put the minced meat in a greased form, fill it with an egg and bake at 200 ° C for 45 minutes.
Step 8
Let the casserole cool and cut into slices.
