potatoes - 7 pcs. - chicken fillet - 2-3 pcs. - champignons - 200-300 g. - onions - 1 pc. - mayonnaise - 100 g. - eggs - 2 pcs. - hard cheese - kefir - 200 g - green onion - vegetable oil - salt, pepper

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the champignons, chop finely, chop the onion. Preheat a frying pan, grease it with vegetable oil. Mix mushrooms and onions and fry a little for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Fry them until soft and golden brown.

Step 2

Rinse the chicken fillet, cut into 2 cm pieces. Put them in a separate container, add mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes. Rinse the potatoes, peel and cut into thin slices, 3 cm in diameter.

Preheat the oven. Take a baking dish, brush it with vegetable oil. Start laying out the ingredients in layers. Place the marinated chicken fillets on the bottom and spread evenly. Then put the mushrooms fried with onions in the next layer. Arrange the potato slices on top.

Beat eggs in a bowl, add kefir, salt. Beat the mixture well and pour over the casserole evenly. Finely chop fresh herbs and sprinkle on top of the dish. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and distribute on top of the casserole.

Put the prepared dish in a preheated oven. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Check readiness with a fork. The casserole should have a light golden crust. It can be served with sour cream or any sauce.
