Step 1
Prepare the dough first. To do this, pour well-sifted flour into a deep container. Defrost the butter until it becomes soft. Cut it into small pieces and stir in flour. Add salt to the mass, add a little water and knead it thoroughly. Wrap the finished dough in a plastic bag and put in the refrigerator for half an hour. While the dough is cooling, prepare the pie filling.

Wash and peel onions and carrots. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil and heat well. Roast vegetables on it for two minutes.

Cut the chicken fillet into 2 cm pieces. Then add the meat to the onions and carrots and fry. mushrooms. Mix everything well, add salt and pepper.
