Instructions
Step 1
We heat the oven to 220 degrees. We wash the fillet, cut into slices centimeter thick. Chop a few stalks of green onions.
Step 2
We take a frying pan, it is desirable that it has high sides. Lubricate with vegetable oil and put on fire. In a frying pan, fry the fillet pieces, which are salted and pepper.
Step 3
Add a piece of butter and chopped onion to the meat. Rub the nutmeg, put the lavrushka with thyme and stir.
Step 4
Cut the champignons into arbitrary cubes. Add the mushrooms to the pan along with the cream, flour, mustard and broth. Mix with cook broth until thickened. We leave the filling with the sauce aside.
